Consuming foods like milk, egg, and sesame helps us fight depression because these types of food contain the raw material for the production of Serotonin, a molecule that causes happiness by facilitating the transmission of electrical impulses between brain cells.
It is fascinating to know that happiness depends upon how easily electrical impulses pass between brain cells. The easier the electrical impulses pass the happier we are. Based on this fact it may be possible to create a machine that strengthens this process and make people happy.
